We Design for Transition.
At Terra Incognita, we are ‘Designing for Transition’. A landscape and urban design studio based in Bangkok,
we are driven by the vision of fostering sustainable transitions amidst contemporary eco-cultural
challenges through interdisciplinary processes and a research-by-design approach.
Our work is rooted in the intersection of spatial and system design with emerging themes, such as:
eco-cultural aesthetics, climate-conscious design, decarbonization, energy transition,
and urban resilience.
Our projects span various scales: from large-scale initiatives envisioning and planning the future of Southeast Asia’s largest lignite mine, to urban projects like the design of Bangkok’s new Contemporary Art Museum, and crafting the landscape of an intimate residential garden by the Prasae river.
Guided by our mission to align future urban agendas with ecological regeneration and cultural
experiences, we are paving a pathway towards future betterment.
